About Our Affiliate Relationships

Kaiwakas Sports (kaiwakasports.co.nz) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs with various online casino operators. When you click on certain links on our website and sign up for or make a purchase from a casino operator, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

Commission Does Not Influence Our Reviews

We want to be absolutely clear: the affiliate commissions we receive do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino reviews are based on objective criteria including game selection, security, player experience, bonus quality, and regulatory compliance. We maintain editorial integrity and rank casinos based on merit, regardless of affiliate payment structures.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on our site may be marked with an "*" symbol or identified as "Sponsored" next to the relevant casino name or link. When hovering over certain links, you may also see disclosure text indicating the affiliate relationship. All casino recommendation buttons and direct casino links should be considered affiliate links unless otherwise stated.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Ethics and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations as applicable in New Zealand. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and clearly identifying commercial relationships.

Your Responsibility

We encourage readers to conduct their own research and review the terms and conditions of any online casino before registering. You are not obligated to use affiliate links to visit any casino. You may visit casino websites directly by typing their URL into your browser.
